Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic
Last week, I was in the northeastern part of the Dominican Republic — Las Terrenas. But, before that, I was in Santo Domingo, the capital, enjoying bites of delicious home cooked meals. Smashed plantains, big chunks of ripe mango and an old-school arroz con pollo were all part of this quick vacation.
